This project will create a new post that will link the management and the volunteer workforce. Main aims of this post would be to recruit and train volunteers, offer admin support to the garden manager, give assistance in educational projects and workshops within the Garden, provide back-up cover for volunteers in day-to-day operations, undertake an ambassadorial role for the Garden within the community and to the visiting public, stocktaking, develop relationships with the local and wider community in creating opportunities for social and health improving initiatives amongst for example the elderly.
