KLEO is intending to establish a self funding, annual Kinross-shire Music Festival. Their aim is to promote live music of all styles and genres, and at all levels, in Kinross-shire. The intention is to organise the Kinross-shire Music Festival in November 2010 and November 2011.

The inaugural festival will encourage, newcomers, local bands and musicians and engage one or two well known bands from further a field to play at one of the bigger venues to attract a wider audience to Kinross-shire.

There will also be a few workshops programmed during the weekend at the Community Campus / Church Centre / Millbridge Hall. These workshops will be aimed at all levels and ages, but with some particularly for children, to introduce people to the various musical instruments. They would hope also to have singing workshops possibly with the inclusion of Gaelic singing.
