The overall purpose of the project is to undertake an audit of community facilities and property in Aberfeldy and develop community capacity. The process will

-identify the priority community facilities within Aberfeldy and highlight which, if any, are surplus to requirements.

-develop a Business Plan for Aberfeldy Town Hall that has genuine community support, and which takes account of other facilities in the town.

-identify the kind of organization best placed to manage and support community facilities within Aberfeldy and its hinterland, including the possible ownership of property.

-train a small group of people in being able to identify Common Good property, these skills then being transferrable to other areas.
