Overall this project aims to help build capacity amongst the In Bloom groups in Perth and Kinross by improving networking and communication opportunities throughout the area. The activities include: organising three best practice workshops to promote wider activities (biodiversity, energy conservation), redesigning & developing the website to include an interactive capacity, undertake an audit of members IT training needs, and assess the potential for developing a volunteer mentoring scheme.
