This project will develop and pilot an HNC Working with Communities programmed in Brechin, Angus which will be available to local people who wish to train and gain a qualification in community learning and development. 10 candidates will be recruited from rural Angus, the course will combine open learning and supervised placement opportunities. The training will lay a solid foundation for further involvement and professional training as well as enhancing the skills base for community learning and development.
