The project will focus in implementing the business plan and developing the site for the benefit of the wider community and will need additional capacity - a Development Director. The Development director will develop the site for 30 allotments; 25,000 sq ft of local workspace for 13 local enterprises and 20,000 sq ft of sports and recreation space to build a more sustainable and entrepreneurial local economy. Establish the 'Comrie Bond' as a means of securing ongoing investment capital to support local projects and enterprises in the project. Improve footpath/cycle access to the village. Undertake a social audit. Continue the active participation and engagement of the local community. Ensure careful land management and preservation of a remarkable landscape and built heritage. Prepare the way for stage 2 developments: to bring a further 16,000 sq ft of space (10 Nissan huts) into beneficial community use.
