Encouraging activities to make use of the facilities/amenities to ensure that they are well used and available for use by local people. Establishing a community forum to build local capacity, increase coordination and develop the community infrastructure. Promoting training and development opportunities for community organisations, activists and economically inactive residents in conjunction with Perth and Kinross Council and the Council of Voluntary Services. |
